National Health Center Week

2019 National Health Center Week was a huge success!

This year’s National Health Center Week highlighted how health centers are at the forefront in addressing environmental and social factors as an integral part of primary care. Health Centers address the factors that may cause sickness, such as lack of nutrition, mental illness, homelessness and substance use disorders.

We would like to thank everyone that attended our events, and especially those that have since become our newest valued patients.
