As your primary care provider, we are dedicated to providing the best and most accessible healthcare possible to you and your family. Patients are welcome at three Lifecare Health Center locations in Stark County.
All of our locations are located within the Stark County communities that need them the most. We are wheelchair accessible and all are located near public transportation provided by the Stark Area Regional Transit Authority (SARTA). SARTA provides over 2.8 million rides a year in Stark County through Fixed Route, Proline, and Medicaid Services.
