Join us at LaPizzaria Restaurant in Canton on Wednesday August 15th, 2018 to celebrate National Heath Center Week.
The evening starts at 5:00 with a cash bar social hour, followed by a family style dinner.
After dinner we will have a hero award and a salute to a community partner before our guest speaker hits the stage.
Dr. Ted Wymyslo is the Chief Medical Officer of the Ohio State Association of Community Health Partners, and is the immediate past Director of the Ohio Department of Health.
Dr. Wymyslo will be discussing the Opioid Crisis and the State Improvement Plan.
Tickets are $10.00 each and reservations are due by August 3, 2018.
