William R. Roscoe, O.D., Ph.D.

Meet Dr. Roscoe!

William R. Roscoe, O.D., Ph.D. joined Lifecare in August of 2019. Dr. Roscoe earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, Westminster College, New Wilmington, PA (1973); Doctor of Optometry, The Ohio State University College of Optometry (1978), and Doctor of Philosophy, from the University of Alabama in Birmingham Vision Science Research Center (1984).

Experience

Scope of Practice

His scope of practice at Lifecare is completing Comprehensive Eye Examinations including Diabetic Eye Examinations. Dr. Roscoe is currently accepting new patients at our Ninth St. location (on the Ken Weber Goodwill Campus).

Personal Life

Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar in the church choir at Holy Family Parish in Stow and is a member of the Knights of Columbus Catholic Men’s Organization.
